A new interactive 3D tour allows users worldwide to explore a park in central Kyiv that features a monument to renowned Turkmen poet and Eastern philosopher Magtymguly Pyragy, according to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine.

Located near the Turkmen Embassy, the monument has stood for more than two decades as a symbol of respect for Turkmen culture and literature, and a testament to the friendship between the Ukrainian and Turkmen peoples.

The virtual tour, available via Google Maps, offers users a chance to walk the park’s paths and view the statue up close. The project was launched by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ukraine ahead of the Day of Culture and Art Workers and Magtymguly Pyragy Poetry Day, celebrated in Turkmenistan on June 27.

As a seasonal highlight, a flowerbed near the monument has been arranged in the shape of Turkmenistan’s national emblem — a tribute to the country’s heritage and national symbols.
